Peace of mind is a treasure of greater worth than gold.  We combat stress by relaxing the body and quieting the mind.
Over the course of 8 weeks we will learn and practice meditation.  By interrupting the train of everyday thinking we trigger the "relaxation response" and help our bodies and minds to heal.
Please join, Alan Hare, RMT, and together discover the benefits of a quiet mind!
